I invite you to a space that gives you the permission to just BE! Let go of expectations, let go the constant need to perform or the desire to achieve. 

During this one week container we will meet and explore the qualities of slowness and presence, we will explore what it means to sit in comfort, as well as discomfort instead of constantly moving towards distraction. 

We all have busy lives, where we can feel overwhelmed at times. During this week you will be guided through Breathwork practices, Yoga classes and Workshops, that allow you to Pause and to find states of Rest and Recovery – Physically. as well as Mentally.

This Retreat is for you if: 
– you have a busy job and might sometimes feel overwhelmed
– if life has just been a little bit too much lately
– if you are looking for a sense of ease within yourself

Home for the Week

 We will be based in heart of Lajares, only a five minutes walk away from Cafés and Boutiques, while hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the main road and sheltered from noise and neighbours. A little Oasis in the north of the island! 

This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa has a private biological pool a spacious terrace and further small terraces, accessible directly from some of the bedrooms. It is surrounded by a lovely little green garden, as well as cosy common areas and a Yoga Room.

Nourish your Soul & Body

During the week you can expect to be fed a delicious and extensive vegetarian Brunch and a wholesome Dinner to feed your body and soul. Also, there will be yummy snacks available at all times, in case the hunger returns after a little swim in our private pool.

Our private chef will make sure to spoil you with a mix of healthy cuisines adding a bit of a “hipster vibe” to it (think of some queso de cabra and an avocado toast with poached eggs for breakfast). Veggies and fruits will be sourced as locally as possible.

08.30 – 10 Morning Practice (Dynamic Yoga, Journaling, …)

10.00 – 11.30 Brunch

Organised Activity (Workshop, Photo Shooting) or Free Time (Massage, Surfing, Explore the Island, …)

17.00 – 19.00 Evening Practice (Breathwork & Yin Yoga)

19.30 – 21.00 Dinner

Your Retreat Host

Svenja is a Yoga Teacher and Breathwork Instructor, who is based on our lovely island. Her Focus is on Yin Yoga (200h YAC), as well as on Breathwork, where she just completed her >300h Somatic Breathwork training. 

Having worked in fast paced tech jobs for over seven years, before moving full time into teaching, she has experienced herself how thin the line between passion for work and burnout can be and how difficult it is to maintain or develop balance and a regulated nervous system, while pursuing a career, 

Therefore, she is passionate about passing on tools to support overall mental and physical wellbeing to people in high performing positions, while also equipping everyone with an understanding of processes within your own body and mind, that allow her students to work towards a personalised practice that is here to stay and support you in your day to day live.
