Somatic Breathwork is the art of connecting to your breath, the craft of regulating your nervous system and the powerful tool that helps you to build resilience and to tap into the wisdom that lives within your body.

 As our breath is the most immediate natural tool we have that allows us work with our nervous system we can use it to change how we feel and to shape our performance and our relisience.

The Programme

The Foundation

  • Somatic Movements: This will gently guide you back into your body and help you to close stress cycles. 

  • Breathwork Techniques: These will range from grounding to gently activating with the goal to reestablish a functional breathing pattern and to regulate your nervous system.
  • Yin Yoga: To create space in your physical and energy body so that you can breathe with ease and release unnecessary tension. 

Programme Structure

  • Week 1-3:
    We will focus on re-establishing functional breathing patterns and we will lay the foundation for your nervous system work. 
  • Week 4-8:
    Depending on your life situation and the challenges/goals that you are bringing into the coaching, I will develop personalised Breathwork Coaching sessions, to help you move towards your goals.
  • Please note: The above outline is a general standard and timelines will be adjusted to fit your personal needs and goals.

Part 1
